AE se cierra al usar el Explorador de Windows

Hola buenas tardes!

Tengo un repetido problema con AF, dejé haciendo un render en red, al parecer la red se desconectó por un instante. El programa se cerró. Al abrir de nuevo me pide usarlo en "Safe mode" y desactivar los plugins de terceros.

El programa arranca, puedo hacer una composición nueva y agregar un sólido. Cuando intento importar un archivo, se cierra el programa y me aparece un error que dice:

"After Effects error: Crash in progress. Last logged message was: <18156> <RenderThreadExtension><1> Creating executor with 24 threads"

 

Luego aparece otro error que dice que si el problema continúa me cominique con servicio técnico.

Marking as fixed - since there is a solution in this case of removing Aspera.

Man that was the reason!! I've uninstalled Aspera and AE is working again!!

Any chance you have the Aspera Client software installed? Or a similar piece of software that injects itself into Windows Explorer? There are some issues with Aspera's integration that breaks AE's import dialog.

Sorry i did't that information.

Windows 11 Enterprise version 22H2

AE 2025 version 25.0.1 (Buld 2)

It doesn’t matter if the file is local or on the network, or if I try to open a previous AE project, the program closes as soon as it opens Windows Explorer.

Mac or Windows? Which OS version?

Which version of AE? 

Are you importing the file from the network or a local drive? 

What type of files are causing this?
