After Effects 2022 V22.0.1 composition won't export via Media Encoder

After Effects 2022 v22.0.1 DOES NOT EXPORT TO MEDIA ENCODER on Windows. This problem was reported for Mac, but it was directly stated that others have the same problem on Windows. Exact same symptoms, exact same behaviour. You try to export a video from After Effects using the Media Encoder Queue, and nothing happens. Media Encoder opens and just sits there doing absolutely nothing.

    The only way I've managed to save an mp4 is by using the built in exporter in After Effects so it saves as an .avi then opening this file into Media Encoder to then export out as an mp4

    My ME doesn't even render part of the After Effects V22.0.1 composition, it just throws me error and shows this message.

    I reported having this issue last week (Nov 30, 2021).

    However, I just attempted to render from AE 2022 to AME 2022, Windows 10, and it seems to be working now (Dec 6, 2021).

    I understand that it might just be a fluke so I'm wondering if anyone else can confirm?

    Same issue here (Windows 10)
    2021 AE/ME work fine, but 2022 both export to media encoder and trying to open from ME queue just sit with no activity

    Same issue, even after disk format and clean install of Windows 11.

    Render to media encoder is broken. It has been broken since forever. How about you just give us h264 back and disable Render to AME until the feature works. Shipping a broken feature just angers users and wastes our time and energy.

    @ThE5008682 dudes, no it stays stuck in "Connecting to dynamic link" it's not an issue with after effects or AME, it's an issue with Dynamic Link because, AE and Premiere projects connected dynamically don't work either.
