After Effects 2025 Stuck on Launch Screen ...AGAIN!!

Hello Community, 
After Effects is yet again getting stuck on the Launch/Splash Screen after ''Initializing MediaCore".

I'm running AE 2025, but this exact bug has happened with previous versions. 

• I have uninstalled and reinstalled AE
• I have reset prefs
• started in safe mode
• disabled plugins
• I do NOT have norton or any other antivirus installed.
• It is not a firewall issue.
• It is not a connection issue. I have gig speed internet 
• I have updated nvidia drivers and I have also tried rolling back nvidia drivers
• I have rolled back to a different version of AE. Nothing works!!! There is no crash log because i have to force quit the app. 

The only thing that does work is to reformat the machine but that is not a viable option and i am not doing that again.  

@Adobe we pay too much money for a creative cloud licesnse for this to keep happening, this is unacceptable! We need a definitive solution for this issue. I see this same issue throughout the community with no clear and concise solution. What is going on? 

I and the community have encountered this bug multiple times without any clear way to solve it. 

Please, please, help!
