After Effects 23.0 Crashing When Converting 22.6 Project Files

My mac auto-updated After Effects to the latest version( 2023, 23.0), but the application crashes when I try to migrate/convert 22.6 project files to the latest version. Does anyone know what the problem may be?

 

I have an Apple M1 Pro with the latest Venture 3.0 macOS.

    I have the exact same issue, it's a nightmare! 

    No matter what the project is, if has deployed on AE 22.6, it crash after the conversion.
