After Effects 23.1 Stop Responding / Freeze importing PSD file with Editable Layers

After Effects Stop Responding and Freeze importing PSD file as 'Editable Layer Styles'.

Other files are imported. If you merge all the layers, then the psd file will be added. The problem occurs when I try importing as editable layers.

Tried clearing cache, rebooting. Didn't resolved issue.

 

Windows 11 / AE23.1 / RTX 3060 / i7-1200H / 16GB RAM

all drivers updated with latest ver.
