After Effects 23.4 crashes on startup

I've tried deleting old configs, reinstall GPU driver but it seems like the beta version works totally fine.

PC specs attached as I can't upload the crash dump file

Were you able to submit a crash report? If so do you include an email so we can find it?

 

Or perhaps it just fail to start entirely?
