After Effects 25.2 BSOD when cache using RAID 0 NVME drive

Giving AE 25.2 a test drive and experienced two blue screen hard crashes within two hours when scrubbing timeline or scaling a layer. 

I'm on Windows 10.

I'm using an AORUS Gen4 AIC Adaptor with m.2 drives in a RAID 0 config, this is my 'cache' drive and I believe the source of the instability. 

When changing my cache location a standard SSD drive the bluescreen errors stopped and was able to work for hours without issue.
