After Effects - Cinema 4D error fix

Hi, I’m using a business plan for work purposes.
I’m trying to use Cinema 4D, the plugin additionally provided with After Effects, but it doesn’t run even after installation — the error window below keeps appearing.
I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled it dozens of times.
Please I really need a solution for this issue.
My computer is an Apple M1 Pro.

Can you verify if you've Cinema 4D installed? Check if you are able to launch Cinema 4D independently, or go to the Applications folder on your Mac and see if you have a folder named Maxon Cinema 4D 2025.
