After Effects crashando ao renderizar e no preview.

Estou tentando renderizar um projeto, tanto no After Effects quanto Media Encoder. O projeto não é nem 50% renderizado quando aparece um pop-up de crash com envio de relatório para a Adobe. Está me frustrando muito, por que preciso renderizar esse projeto para um cliente e não estou conseguindo.
