After effects crashes on startup (Windows)

I was working on a project when suddenly the app became unresponsive. It crashed and closed. After that It crashes every time i try to open the app, with the message "After effects error: crash in progress". ill attach the full pop-up below. I've tried everything i could thing off to fix it... from restarting adobe, my pc to uninstalling after effects and installing it again. nothing seems to help i can't get the app to start. Does anyone have an similiar problem or an solution? Would be appriciated immensly.
