After Effects Crashing

After Effects keeps crashing whenever I try to edit one of the assets on the template file. 

Last log message was: <18776636> <FontServer> <5> 4 Changed ctSync_msec:195 ctSeed:1 dicts:1354 total_msec:210

 

I don't have any cache files or plugins to delete.
