After effects crashing on open

I have had After Effects for months and never had an issue with it. For some reason, when I booted it up today, it opens then crashes immediately. I then recieve this error message:

I'm not techcnical, so I have no idea what this means. I really need help as I have many projects to finish. I have tried updating my drivers but nothing has worked. I have not tampered with the files, they've been untouched for ages.
