After Effects Customizing Color theme

Back in ae 2024 we could fully customize our outlines but now when i tried to follow up tutorial from yt (he was using 2024) i came up with this problem - there's no damn tick box, even if i type "TRUE" nothing happens

And heres what it probably should look after i turn it on(from 2024 ae)

We're sorry to tell you that the ability to change the highlight color  was never an officially supported feature and was removed during UI work for the release of After Effects 25.0. We will take your request into account when discussing future feature work.
