After Effects does not start after every update

Hello all,

I have the same darn problem everytime I have to update After Effects: it wont start/ it freezes. Later on there wil be a patch/update and than the issue is resolved. However, i experiance this every single time and this means I usually can't work with After Effets for about a week. And I am tired of this. 

I would apreciate any help i can get.

These are the steps to recreate my problem: 

1. Just try and start it......

2. It wont go past loading screen 

3. if it does and I try safe mode or another option it just freezes

This is what I try to fix the problem:

1. Empty cache folder

2. Re-install 

3. Install older version 

4. Instal new gpu drivers

5. Update gpu drivers

6. Complete unistall of adobe 

7. re-install of adobe

8. Ofcoarse restarting the pc
