After Effects Error 2023

Hi guys, hope everyone is doing well. Can anyone please please help me sort the below?

 

I tried to delete the software, downgrade and it's still not working, it works fine on my friends windown computer but no longer works on my machine (Macbook) which is where I started the project initially. The alert code is down below, if anyone could help me or knows a fix that would be great! Thank you so much.

Hi @faresriyam,

Thank you for reporting this issue. Do you happen to be using the typeface SF Pro or have it installed? This typeface is known to cause crashing issues like the one you're describing e.g. see this thread: https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects-discussions/bee-work-queue-crashing-project-help/td-p/13593778

Did you find any answer? I'm having the same problem with only one .AE project
