After Effects Freezes at 0% & 0 Frames while rendering

Whenever I render in After Effects, it gets stuck at 0% and 0 frames. Stopping it freezes AE, forcing me to quit. Premiere Pro had a similar export issue (stuck at “Validating Ingredients”), which was fixed by enabling Content Preferences. Could AE have a similar issue? I've been troubleshooting for 2 days but can't find a solution.

      Hi, It’s a day later again. And I’m facing the same issue again, I don’t know what’s wrong but it’s very irritating in situations you have to deliver a project.

      Hi, sorry you’ve been stuck troubleshooting this. It’s hard to tell whether this is related to the Content Preferences setting without a few more details.

      What After Effects version and build are you using, and does this happen with every project? As a quick test, could you create a new project with a solid, add it to the Render Queue, and render a few seconds to your local drive? Please let us know whether that also gets stuck at 0%, and share your export format and settings.

      If you haven’t already, test in Safe Mode with third-party plug-ins disabled too.

      Hi, I did try it in Safe mode but it DIDN’T work. This was as of Yesterday.

      But after seeing your reply I did create a seperate project file and tried exporting it with a Shape Lyer. And it WORKED.

      After that I tried exporting my original project again, and it WORKED now too!!

      But I don’t know what went wrong if you got any idea by this. Coz I don’t know if I’ll face this issue again, If yes.. I’d like to know how to fix it. Thanks!!
