After Effects is in Chinese no matter WHAT.

After switching to the newest version of AE the program was set to Chinese. I couldnt find any similiar issues online. here's what i tried:

- Changing language in the code/config. It was set to english even tho the program was in chinese.

- reinstaling, dind't help

- reinstaling on different drive, also nothing.

I even tried installing After effects Beta, which was also in chinese, makes me think its not only AE issue.

Help please!

For what its worth it works now. First I swept it all clean with Adobes own cleanup tool and reinstalled but that didnt help.

I have my installation folder on an external drive and it has worked flawless previously but now the support believed that was the issue and when installed on macintosh hd it actually worked again. So other Adobe software is ok to have on external drive but seems that AE needs to be on the built-in hd.

I have the exact same problem. All settings set to swedish, never changed any laguage setting anywhere, just updated AE and all in Chinese now.
