After effects keep crashing

After effects crashes all the time. It crashes every 5 minutes and won't let me work.
Don't tell me it's my computer's fault:
-i9 9900k
-Rtx 2070 super
-64gb ram 3600mhz
-Installed on m2 samsung 1tb
Why should I pay for a program that behaves like this? Developed worse and worse!
It is convenient for everyone to move on to free competitors!
