After Effects keeps showing Crash Repair dialog and won’t launch (Windows 11)

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue where After Effects won’t launch properly.
Every time I open it, the Crash Repair dialog appears.

No matter which option I choose: Start in Safe Mode, Reset Preferences, Manage Plugins, or Continue, After Effects still fails to launch. When I try to launch After Effects, I can see it appear in Task Manager for about 5 seconds, then it disappears without fully opening.

I’ve already tried:

• Running After Effects as Administrator

• Uninstalling and reinstalling After Effects multiple times

• Restarting my laptop

Unfortunately, none of these solved the problem.

I’m currently on Windows 11 (AMD laptop).

Has anyone experienced this before or knows what else I can try?
