After Effects / Media Encoder doesn't export Markers in Metadata

When exporting a comp from AE as a Prores Quicktime file through ME, the timeline markers are only SOMETIMES embedded in the video file. I don't know how to reproduce it, because within the same project file, one comp exports with the markers embedded as another comp, with the exact same settings, does not. Totally random

For the time being it seems to work when I export from the AE internal renderer AND export straight on the disk; not in a folder

AE version 23.2.1
Win 10 64-bit
