After Effects opens itself Twice and Stops Responding

The software itself will open and then open again in the same window (as shown in photo) and then stops responding. I have tried all of the classic fixes and nothing has worked.
This is the most recent version 25.2.2, but also does not work on previous versions.
I am not even trying to open a project, this is just launching the program. That being said, it also doesn't work when trying to open a project.
