After Effects Preview Freezing.

The preview randomly freezes in After Effects. Sometimes it plays for a few seconds and then stops, even though the timeline keeps moving.
The preview should play smoothly without freezing.
The preview freezes at random points, and I keep getting frustrated with it, trying to restart my PC to even fix it.
CPU: Intel i9 14900KF
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti (16 GB VRAM)
RAM: 64 GB
Operating System: Windows 11 (latest update)
