After Effects Stuck on "Initializing Required Components"

Hello,

I’m having a problem with Adobe After Effects. The application suddenly stops on the "Initializing Required Components" screen. Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

• Fully uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
• Installed two older versions of After Effects.
• Tried almost every solution I could find online.

Unfortunately, none of these steps worked, and the issue persists. However, I noticed that when I created a new user account on my PC and logged in, After Effects worked fine.

I would appreciate any help to resolve this issue on my main user account.
