After effects unresponsive for 5 minutes at launch

Steps to reproduce:
    1. ...Launch
 
Result: ...Takes 5 minutes for application to finish
Expected: ...a lot shorter
 
System info
    Application: After Effects v23.4.0.53
    OS: macOS v13.3.1, RAM: 64.00 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 12

 

Happens in safe mode too. I have reseet all preferences and purged the cache

We'll need to get a log file from you. 

1. Start AE and once you can, go to the Help Menu and choose "Enable Logging"

2. Quit AE 

3. Restart AE

4. Once the app is responsive, go to Help -> Reveal Logging Files, and then find the After Effects Log.txt and post it back here, so send it as a DM to me.

Does it happen every time AE starts up? Or just one or twice after you updated?

Application shows as unresponsive for 5 minutes.

After approximately 5 min it becomes responsive.
