AfterFX.exe has encountered a problem. Moving project from Windows 10 Desktop to Windows 11 Laptop

I'm trying to open a project created on Windows 10 on my Windows 11 Laptop, the project opens half way then crashes with this error, doesn't give much detail.

Thank you for reporting this issue. Our team is currently investigating this issue. What version of After Effects are you using when you experience this crash? And do you have C4D installed as well? If so, what version of C4D?

Desktop PC Windows 10 Pro - Intel i9, 128GB Ram, 3070 Ti

Laptop PC - Windows 11 Home - Intel i9, 48GB Ram, 3070 Ti

I was reading through other posts and someone suggested I install VLC Player for additional codecs which did not solve my problem. I checked that After Effects on Laptop is using correct GPU.
