AI file layer import dialogue bug

Hello,

Experiencing a bizarre error with the file --> AI import --> layer selection.

• Version 27.5 (64b)
• OS: Windows 10 (19044.2728)

File-->Import (ctrl+i) - select Adobe Illustrator file in dialogue box

Example: marketreg_1.ai

Select layers and import them individually one at a time by repeating this process

FIle --> Import - select another AI file 

Example: marketreg_6.ai

BUG: import dialogue box holds onto first file and its layers!!!

However, if I drag the file into the file list from the Windows File Explorer, it picks up the correct file name.
