Anchor point snapping tolerance too high

Holding Ctrl with the Anchor Point Tool snapping is a fantastic recent QOL improvement.

However it isn’t fully finished.

Hopefully some resource is still allocated to fixing stuff like this, where it is impossible to snap to the midpoint unless zooming in to extreme levels.

Assuming Windows display scaling is still causing problems
