annoyingly frequent Crash Log

Its been a while since I've been receiving this crash log from ae and I really want to know what is the problem, it happens every time my autosave tries to save the project so it happens a lot of time.
I have a MacBook Pro m3 512gb and 18gb ram , macos installed is Sequoia.
I am using After Effects 2022.
