Black viewport screen with GPU Warning: GPU3 failed (previous) sanity test

When using after effects and premiere pro i get this error when i start it up and my viewport is fully black. It keeps happening is there a solution?

But i have a question about this. Does this not affect my performance? And why can't i use the intel core CPU?

Can you try the following steps and see if that helps?

 Here are the steps:

  1. Close After Effects
  2. Go to the Device Manager (Run >> devmgmt.msc)
  3. Select Display Adapter, Right click on  the "Intel UHD graphic card".
  4. Select "Update Driver"
  5. Select "Browse my Computer"
  6. Select "Let me Pick from a list of available drivers on my Computer".
  7. Select "Microsoft Display Adapter".
  8.  Launch After Effects.
