C4D renderer error

AE always notify me when I switch from advance 30 to Cinema 4d that AE haven't install Cinema 4D

 

but in creative cloud it show I have it installed.

 

I've tried reinstall plugin and reinstall AE in creative cloud panel

 

Nothing works!!!

 

AE 2019 works fine but 2025 version just doesn't

 

SO MANY SIMILAR CASES

 

PLEASE FIX THIS.

Sorry to hear about the issue. Are you on macOS or Windows? Can you try uninstalling and reinstalling all the Adobe apps using the Adobe Cleaner tool?
