Trying to install and run AE 25.1. (or even the beta).  no luck.  the startup goes fine until it crashed with an error messaying  "Transmit plugin 'DecklinkTransmit' has crashed".
25.01 started up just fine.   very frustrating.
I've tired un-insalling, reinstalling  and starting up in safe mode,   no luck.
tried to do a search to locate any plugin by that name, no luck.
any idea?  thnks.

I'm also experiencing the same issue but deleting the plug-ins doesn't fix it. Please advise.

This is actually on Following path on MAC
/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Plug-ins on Mac

there should be no ~ Sign before library

Thanks

as I mentioned above,  my solution was to un-install (not just delete) everything related to Blackmagic.

Hi there

I have the same issue, but don't have the mentioned folder on my Mac. Is there another solution to this problem?

Thanks a lot!

Typically 3rd party plugins would be in the following locations per platform.

~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Plug-ins on Mac

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins on Windows

Where to find that plugin? Could it be somewhere inside Davinci Resolve files? Have no other Blackmagic stuff

Thank you!!!   that did the trick!. <whew>

I had  searched the computer, including Library for any plug-in or even file that contained Decklink and Transmit,  but having seen your reply:  I just did a search for "Blackmagic", and saw a few side apps (circa 2019) that apparently were installed used with a Decklink I/O box we had used back then. (and that had migrated from our old trashcan Macs, to our iMac pros, and then now on our Mac Studios's).   Once I un-installed those apps, I can now open 25.1 without any problems.

Thanks again!

Hi,

Do you have a Blackmagic Decklink card on your machine? It appears that the transmit module for that is what is crashing based on the messages, can you check to see if there are any driver updates for that or try to repair any related installed software for the card?
