Can't Turn Off Tips of the Day in 2026

Has the option to remove the Tips of the Day when loading into the latest version of After Effects (25.6.4 Build 3) been removed?

It's not listed anymore in the usual spot in the Preferences > Start Up and Repair. Screenshots attached.
