cant set up creative cloud

i tried Setting up the app for the first time and when the app tried to login through google it just keeps looping.

 

i looked for help and it said check if the credentials are there and they arnt and then there was no more information?

there are no credentials. so now what? i know the problem are they just going to not fix the problem?

what do you mean I tried setting up creative cloud i click continue and it tries logging me in on google it then cloes that google login page

 

the app goes to a loading in screan then reopens the google login screen until it says this

when logging in trying i get sent in a loop only for it to say i have no connection with the servers, i cant find any help on any other posts

 

i am on windows 11 never installed anything adobe on anything before im just someone trying to learn somthing new

 

i found one post telling me to check my generic credentials and the ones it told me to look for i didnt have but didnt tell me how to get them. 

 

if you have any information to help or any questions to help me would be appreciated.

Without any system info and other details nobody can tell you anything. You need to be much more specific.
