CEP Panel content disappear when closing another CEP panel

Hi to all

I have a CEP bundle I developed that is made out of two panels with different ids.

Encountered a strange issue on Windows machines only:

When manually closing one panel the other panel remains but goes blank/empty - all the buttons disappear and all functionality stops.

Any advice on how to solve this?
