Clips from the same timeline render with different colors

  1. I have a composition that I need to render as various different clips. The background is a yellow color, and on top of it I add an element as the timeline progresses. The only color in the composition comes from the background, which does not change through the timeline.
  2. I set the work area to the clip I need and send it to the renderer. I then change the settings from “work area” to “custom" so that the start and end point of the clip are kept in the renderer
  3. I repeat this for each on of the 14 clips I need
  4. I start the renderer. The first two clips rendered with the correct color, but form them on, the rest render with a duller color.

I can’t figure out why this is happening. This are my specifications:

AE Version 26.5.0 build 89

Windows 11

GPU: Nvidia GeForce 32.0.16.1088

Thanks for the help.

Hi, thanks for sharing the project and the two exports. I can see the color difference. Could you confirm whether you used the same export settings for all 14 clips?

The project file is missing its source media, so I can’t reproduce the issue yet. Could you share the media used in the comp as well?

    Thanks,
    Nishu
