Color Output Module management AE 2023 vs AE 2024

I have an issue. in ae 23 everything worked fine when rendering out video or photo, now in AE24 it messes up the color profile or something. So everything comes out as dark.  So I need to manually go to render setting every time and change the color output to "sRGB 2.1"   not the default "Working Color Space- sRGB 2.1" ??    

So it messes up the gamma. 
I went over every setting to make sure they are the same in 23 and in 24, but for some ever reason it is not rendering it out in right color space...??
