Colors on Export are Washed out - After Effects. Tutorial on youtube doesn't fix it.

For months, perhaps years, I've been having issues with retaining the same colors in the project on the exports. I've attached an example and really need a fix. I visited Adobe's youtube channels and followed their guides (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zqz7WGK2pCo) and it doesn't help. I've attached screenshots for reference.
