Composition panel flickering whenever I move mouse or play head

 

All Settings correct

drivers updated 

cache emptied 

 

video attached 

 

help asap

    monitor Proart PA34VCNV

    any video in the composition window does this, i have uninstalled and reinstalled, it is only flickering in after effects 25.0 and up, not after effects 24.6 and below

      Thanks for writing in, Andre. Could you share the following details:

      1. What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)?

      2. What's the make and model of the monitor you're using? 

      3. Is it happening with a specific type of media or any media you use it with?

      Try running After Effects in Safe Mode with third-party plug-ins disabled and see if that brings any change.
