Compositions in file opening as glitches .mov files

I'm being sent an AE source file, but when I open it on my computer, the compositions inside are showing as glitched .MOV files. However, the person who has sent it to me sees no issues on their end. Has anyone encountered this before?

 

I have version 25.1.0 and working on a Mac, Sequoia 15.1.1

    You may want to make sure that the Blending Modes are the same. Yours are set to Darken. See: https://adobe.ly/4aqnZ4c. I hope that helps you get back on track. If not, let us know. Sorry for the issue.
