Connect to internet to activate license (101)

Every time I open up After Effects, it's asking me to connect to the internet so that my license can be actiavated. I am always connected to Wi-Fi and my other Adobe softwares don't have this issue. Currently I only have 4 days remaining... 

 

Version:  25.5

OS: Windows 11

GPU: NVIDIA RTX 4060

Hi @isaac_6339,

 

This isn't an error about your After Effects or Creative Cloud license. The dialog name says "script alert" which implies it's likely a license check for a third-party script panel you have docked in your workspace.

 

If you have a lot of third-party scripts in your workspace, you'll have a to figure out which one is the culprit. Aescripts recently had major issues with their licensing servers due to the AWS outage that affected most of the internet. Maybe it's related to that?
