could not drag keyframes

having issue with dragging keyframe in text layer animation, like scale and offset. happens when i use shortcut to add keyframe or copy paste keyframe, works fine when i add keyframe by changing the value. Version 26.0 in mac.

Thanks for reaching out. Could you share a bit more so we can dig in?

1. What exactly happens when you try to drag the keyframes?

2. Does it happen only when dragging multiple keyframes at once, or with a single keyframe too?

3. Is it specific to one project, or do you see it across all projects?

4. If possible, a short screen recording of the issue.

Also, try launching After Effects in Safe Mode with third-party plugins disabled (hold Shift while AE starts) to see if the behavior persists. That'll tell us quickly whether a plugin might be involved.
