Crashes and Freezes

Lets start with something I found regarding these issues.

So, I have found there are sort of 3 levels to these crashes I have been having. Level 1: the preview screen just freezes and wont work again at all, then I have to close the program and open it again. Level 2: The whole program freezes goes blank and then either closes or just stays loading with a kinf of blank page and I am not able to even close it, so I'll have to either just open another window of After Effects and continue my work from there while the other stays there (that is if the new window doesnt crash either). Level 3: The whole program crashes and even after closing it won't open back up again so I'll have to restart my computer altogether to continue with my work. 

What Cases the Crashes? It's hard to pinned down,

• Sometimes I am just adding another clip (literally just adding it onto the timeline, nothing more) and something like level 1 will happen.
• Other times when I add an effect (there is no especific effect that triggers this just in general not even kidding).
• It will also crash when I am doing some time remapping on my clips.  
• Other days it will crash because I guess I move too fast? 
• One time it just crashed as soon as I put an image on the timeline (just an image there was nothning more and it was a brand new project).
• All of that to say that it basically crashes for anything. On good days I can atleast have a decent workflow for 10 mins at best before encountering these issues. 

My After Effects Version? V 26.0

My Operating system?

• Windows 11
• AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D 8-Core Processor
• 32.0 GB (31.2 GB usable)
• 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
• Storage of 1.86 TB 
• Graphics Card of 16 GB

GPU: NVIDIA Gforce RTX 5070 Ti Version 32.0.15.7652

The format I go for is MP4 for all of my clips

This Issue affects basically all of my projects, but I guess I don't see these issues as much (still do tho) when I dont use clips or when I am just animating letters or some shapes like very basic stuff.

I would very much appreciate assistance on this since I do want to stick with AE but my workflow is always all over the place because of these crashes.
