Decklink Output broken v25 and 26 (if Premiere is open)

New bug with decklink drivers.

Expected behaviour:

Toggling between Premiere and After Effects switches the Decklink output

(worked for decades)

Current Behaviour:

No After effects Declklink output if Premiere was using it.

Premiere disconnects but AE does not connect.

Latest OS/Drivers etc.

Todays' latest updates of AE and PR but was exhibiting the same behaviour in previous build.

Beta versions also installed
