Dynamic link unlinking

I cannot go more than about 10 minutes without half of my dynamic link clips unlinking. The strange things is all of my dynamic links go to the same AE file. This is absolutely madding and just another thing slowing down my workflow. 

Premiere 26.0.2, MacBook pro m3 max sequoia 15.7.5
