Effects and presets issue

Everyone who uses ae 2021, I would like to ask how to fix this error
When i just enter after effects, if i use the effects and presets bar, drag and drop the fx into the video is still normal, but when you use the search box, the effects and presets bar is stiff and can't drag and drop effects. Can you help me?🥺🥺🥺
