Error 0xc0000142

I get the "unable to start properly" error (on the photo it's in Polish) since I updated After Effects. List of things I already did:

- upgraded motherboard

- (%windir%\system32\.dll) do regsvr32.exe /s %i, for %i in (%windir%\system32\.ocx), regsvr32.exe /s % and sfc/scannow in command prompt

- found broken dll files via process monitor, deleted them and downloaded missing components with DirectX

- turned on .NET framework in Windows features

- reinstalled Visual C

- set LoadAppInnit DLLs to 0 in registery editor

- when I run compatibility troubleshooter in properties, it doesn't find After Effects in the app list, but it does find Adobe Creative Cloud

- updated graphic card driver

-reinstalled After Effects and Creative Cloud after using the Adobe Creative Cleaner tool

My specs:

AMD Ryzen 5 7600 6-Core Processor (3.80 GHz)

NVIDA GeForxe RTX 5070

GigaByte B850 EAGLE WIFI6E

I have 32 RAM

Anything else I could try?
