Error al exportar en secuencia TARGA en after effects

Hola el motivo de esta publicación es para que me orienten en un error o falla que tengo con after effects. Constantemente exporto material en formato transparente ya se gc, material grafico etc... y en formato targa o mov, el punto es que edito en dos computadores y en uno todo bien pero en el otro (macbook), al sacar material en formato secuencia targa viene con fondo cuando debiese ser trasparente, situación que no se da en mi otro computador he buscado soluciones pero no he llegado a nada.

@Mylenium lo que trataba de explicar era que tengo un computador en el cual realizo mis labores diarias en after sin ningún problema, pero en mi otro computador un macbook al renderizar realizando exactamente el mismo procedimiento pero no sale el material en video en formato trasparente sino que sale con un fondo de color o negro. Sobre targa si es anticuado pero en mi trabajo me lo exigen así que no queda de otra, he buscado distintas soluciones pero no he llegado a nada. (si saco material en formtato mov sale transparente pero en targa no)

Targa is a seriously dated format and hanging on to it is probably not the best of ideas. Try PNG, TIFF or native PSD. That said it's really not clear what the problem is/ could be, especially since you say it works on another machine.
