Error in After Effetcs

Hello! I am having issue with my After Effects. This prompts up whenever another user send me his/her After Effects file. I have tried deleting my caches, reinstall After Effect and restarting my Mac. But this still happens. Does anyone have the similar issue?

Hi @JohnColombo17100380 ,

This happens with the projects i've created as well as the projects that were created by others.

This issue only happen when i am working on this particular project. I am able to open for my other projects.
