Error while trying to dynamic link / transfer clips from premiere to after effects

I got an error called "the importer reported a generic error" from premiere, that only transfers few clips to after effects,

I want to edit a sequence of like 10 seconds? into after effects. The clips doesn't have any effects or so.

Aspects: Ryzen 9 3900x, rtx2070 super gigabyte 8 gb, 64 ram
