Essential Graphics / MOGRT

Hello! I'm having a problem creating Motion Graphics Tamplate in AE. When I open it in Premiere, MOGRT is "Media Offline". When I unziped mogrt file, I realised that it's .json file only. It must be .aep file in it, but it's not. I have been looking for a solution on the forum for a long time, tried to change the location of the file, reinstalled the program, but nothing helped. Even basic templates with just a title in it doesn't work. Everything worked great before. I'm at a dead end.
